Amy Ryan

Amy Ryan
Head of Account Management

Amy came to Frontline in 2014 with a background in the mortgage industry, where she worked as a compliance manager, so she was very enthusiastic to lead the account management discipline. She manages project intake and ongoing client relationships and enjoys working with the broader team of Implementation Managers. Amy currently lives in Laguna Beach, California and is the proud mom of a son and daughter who are both attending university.
JD Stocksett

JD Stocksett
Head of Implementation Operations

JD is a veteran within the NICE inContact space with over 50 start-to-finish implementations and dozens of Professional Services projects under his belt. As Head of Implementations, he has been a technical resource and consultant for the entire team and helping ensure everyone strives for his high standards of quality. When not providing team leadership and excellent customer service, JD can be found wandering Minnesota volunteering in animal shelters, advocating for LGBTQ+ rights, and proselytizing the need for everyone to play board games.
Jill Blankenship

Jill Blankenship
CEO

Jill Blankenship founded Frontline Services in 2013 and built a business model around the growing need for professional services in the contact center space. That is what Jill's gift is the ability to identify gaps in the industry that need to be filled and then she builds the teams to fill those gaps. With our proven record of building and retaining customers in our reseller division to building applications that enhance and help customers and their contact centers. It's our goal everyday is to build relationships with our peers in the industry, share our knowledge and experience and provide the best service we can!
Leslie Schmitz

Leslie Schmitz
Head of Project Management Operations

Leslie comes to Frontline Services with an extensive background in portfolio, program and project management where she worked in corporate, private, academic and non-profit sectors as a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP). With over twenty years of project management experience and expertise including mortgage banking, technology, call center and online learning environments, she is excited to be leading the Frontline Service Project Management Operations. Leslie enjoys working with customer-centered project teams to exceed customer expectations. Leslie lives in Eastsound, Washington (Frontline Services Headquarters) with her husband and daughter.
Spencer Horton

Spencer Horton
Head of Channel Sales

Spencer started his journey in the SaaS industry in 2011 with his employment at NICE inContact, and has held roles in professional services and sales. He graduated from the University of Utah with a bachelor's degree in both Political Science and Economics. In 2016, he received his MBA from the University of Utah. In his free time, he enjoys getting outside with his wife and children, and trying to force his fingers to somehow learn to play the guitar.

Alexander Herrera

Alexander Herrera is an Implementation consultant who works with Frontline Services Inc. Alexander brings over 10 years’ experience in the healthcare field as an account manager and implementation project manager. His experience and knowledge have given him the opportunity to work on various industry markets such as Pharmacy Benefit Management, Education, Consulting, Employee benefits and Technical software implementation. Some of his achievements consists of training and certifying call center representatives for a Medicare companies, passed the ASHP Programmatic Certification while serving as a Program Director for a for- profit institution and earned various recognitions. Alexander’s white glove approach to clients have given him the ability to build and maintain client relationships and held client facing roles.
Bradin Wilhelmsen

Bradin Wilhelmsen
Sr. Manager, Implementation Operations

Bradin brings 5 years experience as a NICE inContact customer and manager of a 24/7 support center for a startup to his approach as a Senior Manager with Frontline. This gives him perspective into some of the common pitfalls that contact centers can get themselves into, and what kinds of measures his customers might take to monitor and avoid these. He also spent two years administering a Salesforce organization, eventually certifying as a Salesforce Administrator, which strengthens his understanding of CRM structure and data more generally. Located close to NICE inContact HQ in Utah, he spends his free time making music directing a local handbell choir or enjoying the nearby mountains.
Kirsten Stocksett

Kirsten Stocksett
Account Care Manager

Kirsten has an extensive background in customer relationship management, along with coaching leadership in various areas of the cheerleading industry. The combinations of experience have helped instill commitment, patience, and a strong work ethic. Kirsten graduated from the University of Alabama at Birmingham with a double major in Industrial Distribution and Marketing. Currently she resides in Birmingham, Alabama and likes to paint and read in her free time.
Cody Wolter

Cody Wolter
Implementation Manager

Cody comes from a technical background of self-teaching, further backed by years of university programming studies. He joined Frontline in 2017 and quickly added value to the team with his problem solving skills, technical appetite, and the ability to communicate effectively with client stakeholders. Cody's interest outside of work include distance running, socializing, attending concerts, and continuing to expand his knowledge of programming to other languages and platforms.
Dawn Betts

Dawn Betts
Implementation Manager

Dawn is a native and resident of Salt Lake City, Utah. She has a background in customer service, telecommunications and e-commerce. She has joined the Frontline team after several years at Nice inContact. She has a passion for service to her customers and community, a love of the outdoors and an addiction to news and geopolitics.
Jadin Hanson

Jadin Hanson
Solutions Engineer

Jadin became Frontline's first Solutions Engineer through dedication and a desire to learn. He specializes in out-of-the-box thinking, finding creative and efficient solutions to a wide variety of problems. He is able to translate complex information into easily understood concepts, making him ideal to work with clients who want to truly understand not just the technology they are buying, but the solution(s) it is addressing. Jadin also works closely with the software development team providing Quality Assurance testing, Technical Writing for User Manuals, and providing customer feedback to the developers for future product enhancements. Jadin is an accomplished photographer, along with being a cinephile and audiophile.
Jan Michael Reyes

Jan Michael Reyes brings us nearly a decade of combined experience as a Software Implementation Specialist and Healthcare Clinician. His area of focus include planning the design and delivery of enterprise technology solutions, leading complex implementations, collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve technical issues, and end-to-end project planning. Jan is passionate about bridging the gap between end user and technology resources to achieve operational efficiency, and is committed to delivering service excellence through training and support.
Jason Mitchell

Implementation Manager

Jason joined the Frontline team in 2017 after graduating from the University of Southern Florida. With the drive and passion to learn and teach in any particular field of study, his interests range from, but not limited to, literature, computer science, and philosophy. Armed with nearly seven years of customer service experience and several years of management experience, Jason is exceptionally talented at identifying client needs to ensure the smoothest experience in any project. In his spare time, Jason likes to hit the gym, read philosophical and fictional literature, and socialize with his friends and family.

Over the last eight years, Jason has found his place in the telecom and contact center community. He has been able to build a large variety of great relationships with carriers and vendors all around the U.S. Jason brings many years of knowledge on the NICE inContact platform where he's built a reputation for being one of the best Implementation Managers for projects on a tight timeline. Jessica Freeman

Account Care Manager

Jessica has a background in Corporate Communications, Marketing and Sales. With each previously held position she has developed project management, organization and communication skills which she now implements into providing quality customer and account management. Jessica graduated from the University of Alabama with a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and a specialization in Professional Sales. In her free time, she enjoys college and professional sports and live music.
Kevin Lingle

Kevin, currently located in beautiful Anacortes Washington, has been with Frontline going on four years. He is one of our veteran implementation managers and has completed well over 100 projects of various sizes globally. His specialty is complex IVR builds and REST API.
Philip Bush

Philip Bush
Implementation Manager

Philip, currently located in Miami, Florida is one of the newest members to the Frontline team. He served in the US Air Force for 5 years before transitioning to a more technical field and has experience as a DBA, Data Engineer and is as well PMP, ITIL and Six Sigma Certified. While new to the Telecom industry he possess broad industry knowledge in implementing CRM and cloud business solutions for enterprise customers. His interest include working out, reading, travelling and learning new technologies.
Viktor Tairov

Viktor Tairov
Sr. Implementation Mgr

Viktor has been with Frontline since 2015 and was key in helping develop the implementation partnership with NICE inContact. Since then he has worked on 70+ projects to date. He has also advanced integration experience with Salesforce, Zendesk, Netsuite and homegrown SQL databases. He is currently attending Western Governors University to complete his BS Software Development degree. In his spare time Viktor enjoys indoor rock climbing and mixing music.
